These are great! I was a little nervous ordering from this site but the dates came in a large box that looked to be imported from the Middle East somewhere. They are all large, very sweet and moist. Much better than the stale ones in bulk bins (even at Whole Foods) what a great value. They are half the price (even with shipping) than most stores!

I purchase Chia Seeds in bulk for my horse. Chia seeds provide Omega fatty acids for a shiny coat and help with stomach ulcers. Horse is currently eating 2 ounces a day. Best price I found on the web - seeds were same high quality I am accustom to.

We first tasted these while vacationing in Florida, where they sold for $8 a pound.  After we got home, we found them on IFS and they were delivered this afternoon.  They are sweet and DELICIOUS - better than what we had in Florida at double the price.  Purchasing them was so easy.  Their customer service department is GREAT (I had given them a wrong credit card code.)  Delivery was fast - we had them within two days of ordering.  We highly, highly recommend IFS and these Medjool Dates, in particular.  You won't be sorry!

These are raw sunflower seeds. They are nice and crunchy with great flavor!

I love dry roasted nuts however these were very dry and chalky tasting. I couldn't use the nuts in the product I was making.

Basmati is also the lowest in carbs and even lower than brown. This is really good rice and we will never eat bland white rice again.

The perfect mix between sweet and tart.

The red quinoa is the best, with a texture like that of the white, with a slightly richer flavor.
